Overview

L'Eau d'Issey Summer Edition by Kevin LucbertbyIssey Miyakeis a fragrance for women. This is a new fragrance.L'Eau d'Issey Summer Edition by Kevin Lucbertwas launched in 2022. L'Eau d'Issey Summer Edition by Kevin Lucbert was created by Dora Baghriche, Marie Salamagne and Daphné Bugey. Top notes are Watery Notes, Calabrian bergamot and Neroli; middle notes are Frangipani, Orange Blossom and Rose; base notes are Musk, Coconut Milk and Driftwood.Inspired by their memories of summer, three perfumers invite us on a journey through a new interpretation of Eau d'Issey in a limited-edition eau de toilette for women. A floral, solar, and luminous fragrance, both sparkling and elegant.Marie Salamagne initiates creation in the Greek Cyclades: the warmth of the sand, the clear and sparkling sea. Then head to Sicily with Daphne Bugey, in the heart of the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento: where the freshness of the wind mixes with the orange, bergamot, and lemon trees nestled in the middle of the solemn ruins of the temple. The journey ends with Dora Baghriche taking us to Panarea, a small volcanic island in the Tyrrhenian Sea, a volcanic land that dips into the vibrant blue of the water. These three olfactory memories give birth to an ultra-solar floral Eau d'Issey. A juice infused with the bright light of bergamot essence, the sensual warmth of orange blossom and frangipani, without forgetting an aquatic accord, an absolute signature of the Miyake house, which brings an undulating fluidity to the bouquet. An accord of driftwood, coconut milk, and musk prolongs the addiction. To illustrate these fragrant emotions, Kevin Lucbert, a young French artist, has imagined a brand new typeface for L'Eau d'Issey which is drawn according to an imaginary map symbolizing these fragrant stopovers. Using his favorite work tool, the ballpoint pen, he offers a subtle and colorful design, a mix between shimmering plants and a sketch of a desert island.Top notes: neroli, calabrian bergamot, watery notesMiddle notes: frangipani, rose essence, orange blossomBase notes: driftwood, coconut milk, musk.
